1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Once your order has been placed we will process your order on the next Business Day Please Allow 3-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are shipped out in 2-3 Business Days as long as the order is placed before 1 pm Central Time on a Business day.
Domestic Express (Over-Night) Shipping is 1-2 Business days depending on your location.
All Packages Delivery is with the USPS,FED-EX OR DHL. Business days are Monday-Friday
2. When will i Receive my tracking number?
After placing your order you will receive a email stating your order has been received & is being Processed Once your order is done Processing & Ready to ship You will receive a tracking number via email, Shipping Activity will become available after your order is processed & shipped. NOTE" If you order something that requires longer production time Please be patient as you will receive your tracking number once your item is out of production and ready to ship. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see your tracking number inside your inbox. 3. Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

EXCHANGES ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS.exchanges can only be done if you received the wrong length,texture or density due to a mistake of not receiving your correct order you placed if you made a mistake by clicking the wrong length,texture or density unfortunately we can not make any exchanges NOTE" exchanges can take up to 3 weeks to receive your corrected order due to shipping the original wrong order overseas & waiting for the vendor to receive the incorrect order & shipping back the correct order can take time! you can contact us via email email@example.com for further information if you have received the wrong order so we can resolve it to the best of our ability. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair & their correct items they ordered. The items must be mailed back to Hairoverdose for exchange and its must be in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, not colored, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.

Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of the receipt for an exchange.

we are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "HAIROVERDOSE" because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom coloring services.
You must contact us first before exchanging your package contact us at 832-647-1528 During Business Hours Or Email (Hairoverdose1@Gmail.com) within the 3 day exchange period. All Hairoverdose Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not defect in any way or a exchange will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Hairoverdose hair seal on the bundle has been broken!
